Home Exposure Marbella is an estate agency specialized in property sales and rentals in the town of Marbella, Spain. We offer property for sale and rent in areas like: Elviria, Marbesa, Carib Playa, Los Monteros, El Rosario, Hacienda Las Chapas, Sierra Blanca, Cabopino, Guadalmina, Golden Mile and more.

We focus on quality presentation, a dominant web presence, specialized area and market knowledge and flexibility. Our portfolio mainly consist of high quality and luxury property in Marbella East and other popular Marbella areas.

Home Exposure Marbella was created by Tom Breukers and Reinier van der Eeze, both Dutchmen. After working a couple of years for a Dutch real estate agency in the port of Cabopino, Marbella the declining market forced us to leave the agency and set up our own business. In the beginning of 2009 we started Home Exposure Marbella and several months and some adjustment in our initial concept later we can say we have grown in to a respected player on this dynamic market.

The current economic climate makes our work as property agent in Marbella a challenging task. We see this as a big advantage because we are forced to be creative and efficient in our way of working. Furthermore we believe the current downturn has already and will clean up the market from agencies who do not work in a ethical nor creative way.

Tom Breukers

Tom Breukers posesses a master degree in Dutch law and has worked on several sales positions before starting work as a real estate agency. Tom has traveled the world and speaks 5 languages (Dutch, English, Spanish, German and French).

Toms experience and determination make him the perfect help to buy a property in Marbella. He is responsible for the sales and listing activities in Home Exposure Marbella. Tom will find the right property for our clients if it exists. He furthermore makes sure that our portfolio of Marbella property is of high quality and of interest to our clients.

Reinier van der Eeze

Reinier van der Eeze worked as a real estate agent in Holland for two years before moving to Spain. He posseses a bachelor degree in Management, Economics and Law and several diplomas in Dutch real estate. Reinier is responsible for day to day management, internet and marketing. Furthermore Reinier is photographer and responsible for the high quality presentation of our portfolio of Marbella property.
